  • Heavy Lifting: Moving heavy furniture or appliances is outside the scope of our cleaning services. Clients should arrange for those items to be moved prior to our arrival if cleaning under or behind them is required.
  • Structural or Maintenance Issues: Our team is not responsible for addressing structural concerns such as mould, leaks, or damages to walls or flooring. These issues should be resolved by appropriate professionals before cleaning begins.
  • Personal Items: Organizing, decluttering, or handling personal belongings beyond basic tidying is not included in our services unless agreed upon in advance.
  • Biohazardous Materials: Cleaning hazardous materials, such as bodily fluids, sharp objects, or other unsafe substances, falls outside our standard cleaning practices.
  • Unattended Areas: If parts of the property are inaccessible or locked at the time of cleaning, we are not responsible for those missed areas.
